Overview

Leaders tasked with the development and growth of a business have both a thrilling and challenging responsibility as they are thrust into the world of targets, results and people management. Successful business leaders recognise the need to keep up to date with business trends and review their people management skills in order to inspire their team. This programme is designed to follow the style of an MBA without the assignments to develop the competencies and skills of the leader and provide delegates with an overview of the most up to date thinking on their strategies for success.

This 10 day programme runs one day per month throughout the year and combines a mixture of activity and learning to suit all learning styles. It is aimed at business leaders, directors and senior managers who want to develop and sharpen their leadership skills. Each session is facilitated to achieve maximum benefit for the learners as they are expected to reflect on their learning and report back to the next session on what they have implemented and the impact as a result. It is also a practical programme that is designed to develop the skills and behaviours that inspire teams and businesses to success through growth.
