Being a global manufacturer operating in a high risk environment we have to ensure our staff are trained to the highest level and complying to the latest legislation and working with Gravitas exceeds all our expectations.
One area of weakness in the company was the effective use of spreadsheets, and the training delivered was excellent as it not only addressed our concerns, it also dramatically improved the effectiveness of the staff who went on the training. The Sales training was extremely thought provoking and inspirational. Particularly impressive was that we were made to think of things differently, and given tools and techniques to enable to improve our approach for maximum results. The 3 days were excellent, and the trainer was much loved for his delivery method by the end of the course
An ILM Approved Leadership Programme was delivered by Gravitas. The best word to describe the training is fantastic! The training instilled so much confidence and belief in the participants but above all we've noticed a massive difference in team leading, team building, motivational and problem solving abilities in the managers.
We required a Minutes and Note Taking course for around 40 people, to ensure they effectively and accurately were taking notes and also ensuring they were concentrated and taking key points down. We are delighted to say that the tailored course that was delivered by Gravitas not only had a massive impact but was quite memorable!
We're a very successful but old fashioned company where training wasn't embraced. Gravitas delivered a Project Management course which initially was to senior management/directors then rolled out. Its fair to say that the training exceeded our expectations and the impact it had was immense and a breath of fresh air for the culture of the company.
