Overview

Project management is the discipline of planning, organising, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project. Projects are a temporary activity that have a defined beginning and end; are constrained by date, funding or deliverables; and are specifically undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, to bring about beneficial change or added value.
